Our Process
With Lucky Onion, you can expect a white-glove full service stationery and design experience for your wedding (and corporate events). From start to finish, you can expect to be walked through the exploratory process, on the quest to accomplish the uniquely branded piece for your special day.

We require a discovery call with all of our clients to begin the process. During the discovery call we will determine the your needs and desires, answer questions, and get to know each other better.

If a good fit is determined for everyone, we proceed to the next step: the creative investigative and conceptualization stage. This exhilarating experience filled with possibilities and opportunities, will pave the way to curate a concept sketch individualized for you.

At the reveal of the concept sketch we discuss general design overview and narrow down the options. We complete the picture by providing a specific sample packet to help illustrate the finishing touches, such as colors, papers, printing methods, textures, etc.

We connect the dots for you on all the pieces: the design, the finishing touches, and the investment. During each step of the stationery creation, we provide guidance on etiquette, verbiage content, and assistance on assembly, mail fulfillment, and response card management.

Once we have received final approval for the design, we move forward with the production of your order. Production times vary on the selection of materials, printing methods, and services requested.
We also assist with your Day Of Stationery on-site delivery and set-up. This includes set-up of escort displays, signage, welcome packets, and more.

What a wonderful experience we had planning our wedding stationery with Cristy of Lucky Onion. I can't imagine there is a more talented person out there! She has a breadth of knowledge and experience doing every kind of design, from traditional to modern. I was impressed by her attention to detail, and foresight into things we might need specifically for our wedding. The quality is outstanding. In addition, Cristy is a talented artist and was able to do excellent custom watercolor paintings that we used as the backdrop for many of our pieces. I don't think you will find this level of artistry anywhere else. I had many guests say that my invitations were the most beautiful they had seen!
